Hi, I'm Nick
I believe AI is only as good as the people using it. That’s why I shifted from UX Design to leading the AI Ecosystem at Zühlke.
Today, I act as the central link between technology, strategy, and the people doing the work. My focus is operational and human-centric: getting the right tools into the right hands, managing the governance behind them, and teaching teams how to use them effectively.
Whether I'm forecasting IT budgets, coding a rapid prototype to prove a point, or running a global hackathon, my goal is always the same: to turn the "AI buzz" into concrete, daily value for our clients and colleagues.

Ecosystem & Governance
I oversee the company-wide AI stack—handling licensing, budgeting, and user support. I ensure our tool landscape is cost-effective, compliant, and ready for scale.
Rapid Prototyping
I do not just talk about potential; I demonstrate it. Using "vibe coding" and GenAI tools, I build working prototypes in client workshops to validate business cases instantly.
Enablement at Scale
Tools are useless without skills. I design and deliver global learning paths, lead ai-driven hackathons, and 1:1 coaching, having successfully upskilled 160+ colleagues across disciplines.
Ecosystem & Alliances
I stay connected with the wider AI landscape to evaluate emerging tools and players. I manage relationships with vendors to keep our tooling decisions strategic, future-proof, and commercially sound.
